Susan began her career in Commercial Real Estate in 1982 with Henry S.Miller.
After 10 years of Leasing/Sales in Retail Space, Susan expanded into Office Leasing.
Susan has always enjoyed representing Landlord’s and Tenants. She likes the focus needed on either side, and loves attention to detail.
Her expertise includes development of office and retail, working with financial institutions,
assisting buyers with loans, including SBA Loans and has experience in working with “distressed” properties for financial institutions.
This includes leasing the properties to a point of occupancy, then selling those assets.
Often the Buyer’s will retain Susan for the renewals of Tenant’s Lease’s and Leasing Vacant space as needed.
Susan has associated herself with McAllister and Associates since 1996.Doing what she loves which includes most or all of the aforementioned.
Susan is a former Board Member for The Real Estate Council Of Austin, raising thousands of dollars for charities through their annual golf tournament.
Susan is a former board member for The Commercial Leasing Brokers Association, raising money for charities as well.
Susan is a former board member with Commercial Real Estate Women, CREW Austin, which is one of 50 plus chapters nationally promoting women in commercial real estate.
Susan takes pride in raising sponsorship funds in 2010 beyond the standard for CREW Austin.
Susan was born in Jasper, Alabama and has lived in Austin, Texas for 30 years.
Earned her Associates degree in real Estate and Finance.
Prior to 1982 she held positions in Retail buying/sales and management and the Title Insurance business, Chicago Title Miami, Florida.
Married to Conn Mcampbell for 20 years. Loves to play golf, planting a garden and playing with her two golden retrievers, currently Sophie and Simon.
